This Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding document that governs the manner in which WAAYZY ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") collects, processes, stores, uses, discloses, and protects personal data of individuals who access or use the WAAYZY platform, including mobile applications, websites, and associated services.
This Policy is formulated in compliance with applicable laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and shall be read in conjunction with other applicable legal provisions.
WAAYZY operates strictly as a technology-enabled intermediary platform designed to facilitate connections between independent Service Providers and Service Seekers. It is expressly clarified that WAAYZY does not provide any services directly, nor does it employ, engage, or exercise control over any Service Provider listed on the Platform.
All Service Providers are independent individuals or entities operating at their own risk and responsibility. WAAYZY does not supervise, monitor, or control user conduct, service execution, or transactions. Any interaction between users is voluntary and independent.
Accordingly, WAAYZY shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, misconduct, or criminal activity committed by any user, including offences under the Indian Penal Code, 1860 such as theft, cheating, fraud, robbery, or any unlawful act.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including Service Providers, Service Seekers, and visitors. It governs all personal data processed irrespective of the mode of access.
This Policy does not extend to third-party services or platforms. WAAYZY shall not be responsible for the privacy practices or actions of such third parties.
WAAYZY collects personal data necessary for providing and improving its services. This includes personal identification details such as name, phone number, email address, and location. In certain cases, identity verification documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, or other government-issued identification may be collected.
Additional data may include professional details, service history, ratings, communication records, and transaction-related information. Technical data such as IP address, device information, browser details, and usage patterns may also be collected automatically.
Location data may be collected subject to user consent. WAAYZY may also receive data from third-party sources such as verification agencies and analytics providers.
Personal data is processed to enable account creation, facilitate connections between users, and allow communication on the Platform. It is also used for identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and improvement of services.
WAAYZY may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and research purposes.

WAAYZY operates solely as a connection platform and does not guarantee safety, reliability, or conduct of users. All interactions are undertaken at the sole risk of users.
Service Providers are independent and are not employees of WAAYZY. The Platform does not provide any insurance, compensation, or protection coverage. In case of any accident, injury, disability, or death, WAAYZY shall have no liability whatsoever. WAAYZY shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to tools, equipment, machinery, vehicles, or assets used by Service Providers.
WAAYZY does not provide any safety assurance or monitoring mechanisms. Users are responsible for their own safety and are advised to take appropriate precautions.
Female users are specifically advised to take additional safety measures during late hours or in isolated locations. WAAYZY shall not be liable for any incident including harassment, assault, or criminal activity.
WAAYZY expressly disclaims any liability in relation to any physical or mental injury, disability, impairment, or medical condition arising out of the use of the Platform or services.
The Platform does not provide any insurance, medical support, or compensation. Users are solely responsible for their health, safety, and insurance arrangements.
Users must comply with all applicable laws. Any unlawful activity shall be the sole responsibility of the user. WAAYZY may cooperate with law enforcement and share data without notice where required.
WAAYZY reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion without notice. It may take action in cases of policy violation, suspected fraud, or risk to platform integrity.
WAAYZY also reserves the right to retain and use data for investigation and enforcement purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAAYZY shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, financial loss, theft, fraud, or reputational harm arising from use of the Platform.
